You’ve started a thousand times, but something always interrupts the process.
Lack of time, routines that don’t fit you, generic plans, low motivation, or no real results.
It’s not a lack of willpower—it’s a lack of a method that fits your life and supports you with structure, guidance, and purpose.
Change doesn’t happen by trying more; it happens by doing it the right way for you.
When trying isn’t enough.
Philosophy & Vision
My method combines in-person sessions with a personalized training plan you can follow on your own—at the gym, at home, or wherever you are—with ongoing support.
This way, you train with freedom while always having clear guidance and professional coaching.
It’s not just about moving, but about moving with purpose.
I take care of the structure, planning, and follow-up; you bring the consistency and commitment to your goals.
Each person has their own pace and way of progressing.
That’s why my approach is built on adaptability: the training adjusts to your life, not the other way around.
This program is designed to help you build strength and improve mobility in a practical, sustainable way.
It combines tailored strength training with targeted mobility work to help you build a more functional body, prevent discomfort, and enhance your day-to-day well-being.
It’s made for people who want to feel better in their own bodies—without obsessions or extremes.
Adaptability, Consistency, and Real Change
Real change takes time, discipline, and consistency.
It’s proven that sustainable results begin to show after about 12 weeks, when new habits start to solidify.
That’s why the minimum commitment is three months: the time needed to build a solid foundation and create lasting change.
I’m committed to guiding you with professionalism, clarity, and a personal approach.
Your role is to embrace the process with responsibility.
Together, we make training an integral part of your life.
About me
I’m Lia Contreras, a Senior Technician in Physical Conditioning and Dietetics.
From a very young age, sports have been an essential part of my life. I have practiced various disciplines such as classical ballet, karate-do, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu, and judo, excelling competitively in several of them. My path was heading toward professional sports, but a hip injury drastically changed my plans.
Recovering from that injury was not only a physical challenge but also an emotional one. I even lost my sense of self when I couldn’t do what I loved most. Yet, through physical therapy and movement, I rediscovered the power of movement, the benefits of strength training, and, above all, the possibility of living without pain and fear.
That experience transformed my life and shaped my purpose. I decided to train as a coach specializing in injury prevention and rehabilitation, combining this knowledge with studies in dietetics to address health improvement in a holistic way.
I strongly believe that the combination of proper exercise and nutrition is key to achieving complete well-being.
My mission is to help you improve your health, enhance your quality of life, and gain confidence in your body through evidence-based tools and a highly personalized approach.

I lead by example. Today, I train and compete in powerlifting thanks to a mobility-focused and adapted strength program. This approach allows me to train with intensity and perform at my best—without pain.
