  • Initial consultation and fitness assessment

  • In-person training sessions (60 minutes per session)

  • Access to a training app (with exercises, videos & progress tracking)

  • Weekly online check-ins and feedback (corrections, adjustments, etc.)

  • Chat support (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, response within 24–48 hours)

Optional add-ons:

  • Nutritional counseling (bookable separately, CHF 108/session of 60 minutes; one hour can be split into 20–30 minute follow-up sessions) with an active membership

  • More frequent adjustments to training plans (CHF 63/month)

Clients without a Nonstop Gym membership or training at Fitality Winterthur = 50 % of the day-pass price is added to the in-person training fee (i.e., CHF 12.50 and CHF 15).

  • Minimum term: 3 months, cancellable monthly with 1 month’s notice (counted from the calendar date of cancellation).
    Example: If a client cancels on May 10, the subscription ends on June 9.

  • Payment: Monthly in advance (bank transfer or TWINT) or quarterly (a 5% discount applies).
